Supergirl by Ricken

I stumbled upon a pic by Ricken the other day whilst lurking on Gelbooru and was immediately hooked, so much so that I knew right away that I wanted to feature him on my next Artist Spotlight. After doing a quick Google search I found his Deviant Art page (link below) and have been drooling over his artwork ever since.

I can’t quite put my finger on what initially drew me to Ricken’s style. I guess it really wasn’t just one thing – I love his whimsical yet thoughtful line work and soft, almost dream-like color palettes. Ricken’s style is Japanese anime meets western comic books with a dash of Bruce Timm thrown in for good measure. All of this equals a very striking and technique that is as fun to look at as I imagine it was to draw.

Even though I discovered Ricken on Gelbooru I wouldn’t call him a hentai artist. So why am I featuring him on MPL Toons? Just because Ricken doesn’t draw hardcore nudity doesn’t mean some of his pics aren’t highly erotic. Look at the Harley Quinn illustrations below (more after the jump) and tell me you don’t find them to be as hot, if not hotter, than the other hentai pics I post on my blog. Just because a character is getting all her orifices stuffed with tentacles and cum doesn’t necessarily make it “erotic”.

Words can barely describe how turned on I am by this piece. It’s truly outstanding. Ok so first of all, like a lot of nerds I have been playing the fuck out of Arkham City for the past couple of weeks. Needless to say I am in a pretty ravenous Batman mood so when I saw this rendering of Harley Quinn bound and with a mouth full of semen I pretty much instantly busted a nutt in my pants. Awesome…absolutely awesome.

Honestly I don’t think that’s Joker’s cum in her mouth – My money is on an Arkham City guard or possibly Hugo Strange. Shit, maybe it’s Batman’s jizz. I don’t know about you but I would find it difficult to not have an erection around Harley! How can Batman have her all over his junk while fighting then just hand her over to the authorities? I would have to deposit my man juice somewhere inside Harley Quinn if I were Bruce Wayne. But I guess that’s why I’m not Batman, I lack the self control and dedication…that and my parents are still alive. Whomp whomp whoooomp.

Carlotta Champagne as Harley Quinn

I don’t know a single person that reads comics, watches cartoons, or plays video games that doesn’t love Harley Quinn. There is just something incredibly sexy about the character that people can’t seem to get enough of. I’m speaking from experience because I too have warm feelings for the Joker’s girlfriend. I loved her when she was introduced on Batman The Animated Series and I loved her re-imagining in Batman: Arkham Asylum but I have never seen anyone pull off a great Harley Quinn cosplay set…until now. The busty pinup model Carlotta Champagne looks absolutely amazing as Batman’s villain complete with shiny vinyl costume tailored to perfection. The only detail keeping this from being perfect is the lack of white make-up and a mask. I’m willing to overlook that because these pics are just too damn hot. Harley Quinn FTW!

Like most Batman fans I have a huge hard-on for Joker’s number one girl, Harley Quinn, so whenever there is hentai featuring her I take notice. Of course there are a lot of shitty drawings of Harley floating aimlessly through the internet tubs but this rendering by Cutepet is NOT one of them. Everything about this pic is perfect – It’s very erotic, expertly crafted, and faithful to the source material (right down to the super perky Bruce Timm-esque boobs from the animated series). Here’s hoping a scene like this shows up in the Batman: Arkham City game next year (of course that isn’t going to happen but I wanted to get some shameless search engine keyword hits). I may have to go back and watch some old episodes of the animated series just to hear her voice. I have always wondered what the motivation would be for supervillian henchmen. I’m pretty sure the pay isn’t great and the health benefits really suck plus you just know at some point you are going to get you ass kicked by your bosses arch-nemesis (which would be Batman in this case). Thankfully Delduwath has answered the question with his piece titled “A Night Out with Harley Quinn”. Ahhhhh now I get it. Supervillains, like the Joker, have access to mega hotties like Poison Ivy, Catwoman and, pictured here, Harley Quinn so as a henchman you have a chance to bang one of these chicks. It’s kinda like being in P. Diddy’s entourage – you know all the girls want to fuck him but you have the chance of getting some leftovers. Here’s what Delduwath said was the inspiration behind this piece:

One of Joker’s attempts to motivate his goons (In Batman: Arkham Asylum) ran through my mind constantly while I was working on this; he said something to the effect of “Whoever kills the Bat wins the grand prize…a night out with Harley! I may even tell her! Oh what’s the use…it’ll be a nice surprise for her!”

Hehehehhe brilliant Mr. J! Well now we know why someone would want to be one of Joker’s goons. Hell, I might be willing to get knocked around by The Dark Knight if I could nail Harley Quinn….maybe.

Who's Hotter? Poison Ivy vs Harley Quinn

Batman has some of the hottest, and most insane, villains in all of comicdom. Two of my personal favorites are Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. The former is a scantily clad and self proclaimed protector of the environment while the latter is is an ex-psychiatrist who is devoted to the Joker. Both are equally crazy and, more importantly, fucking sexy as hell! So the big question is, who’s hotter?
